Who's most at risk for foreclosure?
Here is a link to one of many current articles that are out there about the possibility of all the upcoming foreclosures on homes based on the loans that people took out during the big push in 2004 and 2005.
Hopefully you will find this article useful if you are looking for information, and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Update
Well we got the weather on the 4th of July that they fore casted. Then the next week we also got some 100 degree weather. We have had some scorchers. Not like other parts of the country though.
Been busy lately so I haven't been able to update the blog. I will get back to it this week. On a personal note last week my daughters team that I coach took 3rd in the State for 12UA softball. Now we have two upcoming national tournaments that we are getting ready for.
The market has been slowed still, but not due to rates. Rates still seem to be holding steady and still very reasonable. Inventory is high so there is something out there for almost everyone.

4th of July weather
The 4th of July weather forecast has always been hit and miss with rain showers. Just earlier this year while I was at a softball tournament getting rained out on a Saturday of the Rose Parade, we were joking how you never try and schedule anything on the Rose Parade day. We also were talking about how Summer officially starts on June 21st, but around here the sun doesn't start until July 5th.
Well this year they are calling for a temperature of over 90 degrees. That would be the first since 1997, and only the fourth time in like the last 45 years. Looks like Summer may come early for us this year. Then again there is still some time for them to change the forecast.
Well I can do is hope, and maybe we will get to use the pool of the 4th.
Happy 4th of July to everyone, and be safe.
