Brush Prairie plans gain steam

Here is an article from the Columbian about the development of the Brush Prairie area. As many have been aware the growth will happen, it has just been more of a question of when. I have also heard that the old Boyer's golf course on the corner of 119th ST and 503 will become a Safeway. I would assume this will happen in conjunction with the rest of the development.

"Almost all of the 1,500 homes, townhouses and apartments that developers have lined up to build on Brush Prairie rural land could have the county's preliminary OK by fall. "

Here is the link for the complete story.

Vancouver: big city, big growth

"Population figures show that Vancouver is the fastest-growing big city in the Evergreen State.
But nationally, Vancouver can't quite catch Tallahassee, Fla."

Here is a great article from todays Columbian that gives some stats on each of the cities local growth patterns. While some of the numbers may be debated, there is no debating that the populations are increasing.

Our Blog Purposes

We have created a blog to pass on useful information to the consumers in the Clark County area. We will pass on information that we feel is useful and important to the consumer when making decisions about the real estate future.

We will posts links, stats, and answer any questions that you may have or want. If there is any information that you would like to see, please feel free to ask and we will find it for you.

Too often market information and stories are based on a national level, and do not reflect our local market. We have decided to start this blog to pass on information on the local market, while also keeping an eye on the national market trends.

You will be able to use this site to check out local mortgage rates, local market stats, sign up for news letters, sign up for a Property Investment Profile, and much more.

Please take a look at all of the things we have made available to you, and feel free to ask any questions, and we will give you the real local market answers, from two agents in your market.

Thank you for visiting the site, and enjoy!
